(I won't say what year...suffice it to say, they've been hiding for a while.) I had to halve the recipe, and made just one "pie." Instead of cold water, I just tossed a small handful of ice cubes in the mix. My husband loved it. I think more cold water would have given it a lighter texture. <br />Thank you.
