Keeping It Simple (KIS) In 2015

I am super excited about a new series I'm adding to the blog this year.  Keeping It Simple or KIS is a subject very near and dear to me.  Seeking simplicity in all aspects of my life is something I have actively sought out and began to put into practice a couple of years ago.  Now I am ready to begin sharing my experiences with all of you.

Now I'm no expert, by any means, and I know I still have a lot of work to do.  I've made a few mistakes and done things I've had do over or do differently.  In the process I've learned a lot about myself and the people in my life.  It's all a process.

It is extremely important for me and my family to have a healthy mind, body and spirit.  In the long run we'll be better people.  Happier, stronger and much more resilient.  We'll also improve our quality of life overall.

I also know that a lot of you have your own ideas and experiences as well and I hope you will be willing to share them.  So whether you've been living a simple life for a little while, a long time or you are ready to begin on your own journey, let's do it together.

How about it?
