Last month
we followed our meal plan pretty closely.
I juggled a few days around here and there but for the most part we
stuck to it day by day. I like having a
flexible meal plan because, quite simply, life requires it. The other day I printed out our meal plan for
November and put it up on the side of our refrigerator. Here is a look at what our dinner table will

This year we
will be dining with family for Thanksgiving so I don’t have a set menu
planned. I will be bringing wine and
fixing a side dish to contribute. It
will be nice to be a guest this year instead of a hostess. That being said I am sure I will have plenty
to do to help with the preparations.
What great
meals are you planning to prepare for your family this month?
I want to come to your home for dinner!
ReplyDeleteCome on over! :)
Deletehow do you make your sausage rolls?
ReplyDeleteThis is going to be my first time making them. If they turn out I'll post the recipe.
DeleteMy tummy just growled after reading your meal plan. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat are sausage rolls? They sound good.
Ha, ha. I hope the sausage rolls turn out. I've never made them before. If they turn out I'll post the recipe.
DeleteYour menu sounds really good! Do you mind if I "steal" a few of your ideas? ;) I plan our menu week by week based on what we have that needs to be used up, how busy we are going to be and if we are having company or not. Most of our holidays are done potluck style with our extended family and this year we will be going out to our DIL Heather's parents place. I'm doing the mashed potatoes, possibly another side and bringing some wine. :)
ReplyDeletePlease steal! That is why I post these menu plans. This is the first year in quite sometime we aren't cooking a big Thanksgiving meal. Even when we lived in our RV that one year we made a big dinner. That was fun! :)
