My November Meal Plan

Last month we followed our meal plan pretty closely.  I juggled a few days around here and there but for the most part we stuck to it day by day.  I like having a flexible meal plan because, quite simply, life requires it.  The other day I printed out our meal plan for November and put it up on the side of our refrigerator.  Here is a look at what our dinner table will look like:

Cheese Omelet

Chinese Chicken & Cabbage
Cheese Omelets, Toast, Applesauce
Sausage Rolls, Garden Salad
Chili Bean Soup, Cornbread, Garden Salad
Broccoli Chicken & Rice, Tossed Green Salad
Pork Pan Fried Noodles
Veggie Omelets, English Muffins
Chicken Buffalo Pizza, Lettuce Wedges
Split Pea Soup, French Bread
Meatloaf, Baked Potatoes, Green Beans
Chicken Tacos, Lettuce & Tomatoes, Sour Cream
Mini Quiches, Toast, Pineapples Slices
Shrimp Scampi, Pasta, Caesar Salad
Cream of Broccoli Soup, Biscuits
Beef Enchiladas, Garden Salad
Peanut Chicken & Rice
Zesty Macaroni & Cheese, Peas & Carrots
Hamburgers & Fries
Turkey Pot Pie, Garden Salad
Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Spinach Salad
Baked Spaghetti, Caesar Salad

Beef Enchiladas

This year we will be dining with family for Thanksgiving so I don’t have a set menu planned.  I will be bringing wine and fixing a side dish to contribute.  It will be nice to be a guest this year instead of a hostess.  That being said I am sure I will have plenty to do to help with the preparations.

What great meals are you planning to prepare for your family this month?

  4. Your menu sounds really good! Do you mind if I "steal" a few of your ideas? ;) I plan our menu week by week based on what we have that needs to be used up, how busy we are going to be and if we are having company or not. Most of our holidays are done potluck style with our extended family and this year we will be going out to our DIL Heather's parents place. I'm doing the mashed potatoes, possibly another side and bringing some wine. :)

    1. Please steal! That is why I post these menu plans. This is the first year in quite sometime we aren't cooking a big Thanksgiving meal. Even when we lived in our RV that one year we made a big dinner. That was fun! :)
