I'm not one who is big on spur of the moment. I love to plan and plan well in advance so no
detail is overlooked. Last minute is really
not my thing at all.
I surprised myself and my girls with a last minute day trip to
McCall this past Saturday. Ponderosa State Park to be exact.
I'm so very happy I did too, because we had a wonderful day
together.
We went on a long hike along the lake.
Saw loads of wildlife.
Breathed fresh air.
Enjoyed beautiful scenery.
Spent time some quality time together.
Stepping outside my comfort zone was a very good idea.
What a beautiful place to visit.

DeleteGood for you! I'm a planner, too - so I know it isn't always comfortable to do things last minute. But I know you'll treasure the new memories you made with your sweet girls! :)

DeleteLooks like a beautiful way to spend some unplanned time! I am the exact opposite. I like to live life on the fly. Unfortunately TheHub is an obsessive compulsive planner. I do let him plan but sometimes feel compelled to throw a little fly in the ointment.
