Monthly Menu Planner - May


With spring everything is fresh and new.  Much like this month's menu plan.  Using what I have on hand I decided to try and make several meals we don't normally have and try some new things.  And some old favorites too.

This is what we have planned for our culinary future:

Stuffed Mushrooms, Garden Salad
Taco Soup, Cornbread Muffins, Garden Salad

Broccoli Beef, Steamed Rice
Chili Dogs, Veggies & Dip
Sloppy Joes, Cole Slaw
Stuffed Peppers, Garden Salad
Sausage & Linguine, Garden Salad
Chinese Chicken Salad
Ground Turkey Tacos, Lettuce, Cheese & Salsa
Veggie Stir Fry, Steamed Rice
Egg Sandwich, Fresh Fruit
Salmon & Dill Sauce, Garden Salad
Asian Beef Soup

Mother's Day Menu:

Garlic Mushroom Chicken, Steamed Broccoli, Strawberry Shortcake

Memorial Day Menu:

Chicken Kabobs, Pasta Salad, Veggie Tray, Cherry Jell-O Poke Cake
