December – 30 Things to Do This Month

So much didn’t get done on my lists for October and November that I ended up compiling them into this list.  Several of these items are MUST DO tasks so I have to get busy.  I’m super excited because I’ve already got a good start already.  Hopefully I can complete it this month. 

Every day this month I am going to pick one thing from the list to do and then mark it off.  Some I can do quickly and some I will need to schedule time for. 

1.                   Winterize vehicles – oil change & wiper blades scheduled for the 15th!

2.                  Sew something

3.                  List items to sell on eBay and/or Etsy

4.                  Bake two loaves of bread

5.                  Family Movie Nite

6.                  Try a new recipe

7.                  Meal planner for January

8.                  Family Puzzle Nite

9.                  Date night with my girls

10.               Super clean and organize kitchen

11.                Super clean and organize the laundry room

12.               Super clean and organize the family room

13.               Clean and organize the family room closet

14.               Make a gift

15.               Investment cooking – syrup, pumpkin pie spice, salad dressing, etc.

16.               Update the HOUSE TO DO LIST

17.               Finalize list of goals for 2013

18.               Clean the gutters again

19.               Rake leaves again

20.              Teach the girls to play Monopoly

21.               Family Game Nite

22.              Make Thank You cards

23.              Make new address labels

24.              Clean the garage and organize the garden tools

25.              Mail Christmas cards and gifts got this one done on the 1^st this year!

26.              Do something unexpected for someone

27.              Take down and organize holiday décor

28.              Finish the mending half way!

29.              Finish the ironing

30.              Take canned food donations to the food bank

4.                  List items to sell on eBay and Etsy

5.                  Bake two loaves of bread

6.                  Family Movie Nite

9.                  Family Puzzle Game Nite Scrabble

10.               Go on a bike ride – weather permitting We took a long walk instead

11.                Date night with my girls – Happy Birthday! We’d had such a full week we decided to postpone a week so technically this happened on Dec 1.

12.               Clean and reorganize downstairs bathroom The girls took this one on

13.               Make a gift

14.               Super clean and organize family room closet

15.               Investment cooking – turkey broth, pumpkin puree and vegetarian chili

16.               Complete one task on the HOUSE TO DO LIST pruned trees

17.               Finish and print our Christmas letter

18.               Address Christmas cards and get ready to mail

19.               Get garden tools ready for spring; put in storage

20.              Winterize camp trailer

21.               Start my list of goals for 2013

22.              Wrap all my gifts and tag them

23.              Tea party with my girls

24.              Wash all the mirrors in the house

25.              Clean the gutters completed 12/1

26.              Rake leaves

27.              Winterize the pond

28.              Teach the girls to play Monopoly still need to do this, hopefully over Christmas break

29.              Take the girls Christmas shopping one girl went shopping; still have one more to go

30.              Print a 2013 calendar
