with a tiny kitchen I can whip up a great meal.
Nothing is better than sitting down together as a family to eat a
nourishing and delicious dinner. So this
what I have planned for our dining pleasure next week.
Sunday – Roast Chicken, Rice Pilaf,
Steamed Carrots
Monday – Chili & Cheese Stuffed Baked
Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli
Tuesday – Quesadillas & Homemade
Tomato Basil Soup
Wednesday – Quiche, Toast & Fruit
Thursday – Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo,
Spinach Salad
Friday – Curry Chicken, Steamed Rice,
Garden Salad
Saturday – Leftover Buffet or Dine Out
School
Lunches:
Monday: - Chicken & Rice
Tuesday - PB & Honey Sandwich
Wednesday - Quesadillas
Thursday - Quiche
Friday - Pasta
I based this plan off of items I already had on hand and
items on sale at the local grocery store.
School lunches also include sides and a beverage.
I plan to make broth with the chicken carcass and save it in
the freezer to make soup. Some of the
broth will make its way into Friday's curry too.
