  1. Ooooh, the lasagna sounds so good, we have 6 inches of snow on our cactus! Yikes.

  2. I once planned out meals. Didn't last. My issue was the husband. I'd do Saturday pizza night, but he would want the pizza for lunch instead or things I was saving to use in a meal he would make when he wanted it. I did really enjoy it and would love to do it again. I loved knowing exactly what I was going to fix instead of going to the fridge and saying there's nothing there.

There has been no cooking lately. It's been sandwiches, fast food, and frozen pizza. Winter comes and the mice try to move in so we've had to deal with that. I think they are finally all gone, but the kitchen is still a gigantic mess. It is a slow work in progress and unfortunately actual cooking isn't an option at the moment. I am way excited to get it back though. I love to cook and I'm cooking a huge meal when I can just because I missed it. I keep watching all the cooking stuff on the Roku so that doesn't help :-) Anyways, most of my cooking is done on the weekends, just fast stuff the rest of the time. At least until lil man is older.

    What are wiener wraps?

    1. Ugh mice. I feel for you. Wiener wraps are hot dogs wrapped in crescent roll or biscuit dough and bakes in the oven. Love them!
