I made myself yet another list of things to do. I don't take this list as seriously as I used
to. Before, when I made these lists,
they were super ambitious and I would stress out if I didn't get every single
item crossed off. No more of that. This list is simply a guideline of things I'd
like to do but if I don't the world will not come crashing to an end.
This is what I have planned for this month:
1. Count my blessings
2. Bake bread
3. Send a letter or card to someone
4. Family Game Nite!
5. Invite guests over for a visit or dinner
6. Make a gift
7. Sew or craft something
8. Make a monthly meal plan for July
9. Go to the $$ Store
10. Try a new recipe
11. Read a book or write
12. Family Movie Nite!
13. Thoroughly spring clean the upstairs bathroom
14. Family outing
15. Investment cooking
16. Repurpose/recycle something
17. Work on our garden
18. Detail the inside of our truck
19. Fix our garage door
20. Bake something and share it
21. Winterize our overhead garage door
22. Install A/C units
23. Learn how to make hummus
24. Repair exterior vent
25. Pull weeds
26. Family Nite Out!
27. List something to sell on eBay, Etsy or Craigslist
28. Work on new inventory for Etsy store
29. Open Etsy store
30. Take some time for myself
Once again I did not get those blasted curtains made but I did get
a lot of things done that were not on my list.
Unfortunately massive amounts of rain last month hampered our progress
quite a bit. I do think my list was a
bit on the lofty side.
This how I did last month:

letter to my aunt
4. Family Game Nite!
5. Invite guests over for a visit or dinner
6. Make a gift I created
two gift bags for my girls for Christmas
7. Sew or craft something
8. Make a monthly meal plan for June
9. Go to the $$ Store
10. Try a new recipe
11. Read a book or write
12. Family Movie Nite!
13. Thoroughly spring clean the kitchen
14. Family outing
15. Investment cooking beanless
chili
16. Repurpose/recycle something
17. Plant our garden
18. Wash outside windows
19. Paint our front door the weather was less than cooperative for this project
20. Bake something and share it
21. Fix our garage door I gave it some thought
22. Install mini blinds in kitchen and laundry room windows
23. Plant raspberry starts & blueberry bushes
24. Make new curtains for my daughter's bedroom why can't I seem to get this
done?!
25. Spray weeds in front yard
rain kept us from getting this one done
26. Family Nite Out!
27. List something to sell on eBay, Etsy or Craigslist
28. Work on new inventory for Etsy store
29. Clean gutters rain and procrastination kept me from doing this one.
30. Take some time for myself
