I decided to go with more soups, salads and sandwiches this month
in anticipation of warmer weather coupled with a busy summer schedule. I want to spend more time outdoors and on
various projects around the house rather than in the kitchen next month. Plus,
my girls can prepare a lot of these meals which means I'll get more help
getting dinner on the table.

I have attempted meal planning, but it has never quite worked out. Right now the food that gets prepared all depends on the little one. During the week if I cook it is when he is napping so it just gets reheated whenever. This month I want to use some more of that baby food up in recipes.
