Revisiting An Old Post - Zero Hour

 


I still love my zero hour each month so I thought it would be good to revisit the post I wrote telling all about this.  I wrote this post over five years ago, which I find really hard to believe.  Five years ago is when I started this new daily habit and I am so very glad I did.  I love my early mornings and still find it the best way to start my day.  Click here to read more about it.

  1. I get up an hour earlier than I have to. I can complete a load of laundry, empty dishwasher, have a very quiet cup of coffee, work on budget, etc etc etc. I love it.

  2. I'm definitely most productive in the morning, & consider myself an early person (always up before 7), but I prioritize & value my sleep, even ahead of productivity, because of the long term impact on my health with lupus.

    1. Good sleep is vital. I have a set bedtime so I get plenty of rest. Early to bed, early to rise, makes a woman healthy, wealthy & wise. :)
